MBR integrated equipment integrates high-strength hollow fiber membrane separation technology and biological reaction technology, abandoning the traditional secondary sedimentation tank and sand filtration system in activated sludge treatment, and using advanced ultrafiltration membrane separation method. The treated water quality is excellent, and can be directly applied to a variety of reuse scenarios such as domestic utility, landscaping, car washing, etc., while meeting industrial water needs, such as circulating cooling, reverse osmosis water, boiler recharge and electronic industry ultra-pure water.
The process flow of MBR integrated equipment to treat domestic sewage is shown in the following figure:
Significant benefits of MBR membrane technology include:
1. Efficient removal of pollutants to ensure excellent effluent water quality;
2. High sludge concentration, large volume load, small footprint;
3. Excellent nitrification effect, strong ability to treat refractory organic matter;
4. The surplus sludge production is very low;
5. High degree of automation, easy operation and management;
6. Discharge water SS and turbidity is very low, easy to reuse.
In MBR integrated equipment, the ultrafiltration membrane is placed directly in the aeration tank and is in direct contact with the biological reaction mixture. Through the negative pressure suction of the filter pump, water can smoothly pass through the external pressure hollow fiber membrane to achieve efficient solid-liquid separation. This negative pressure suction method requires a very small pressure difference, thus greatly reducing energy consumption. At the same time, the air through the bottom of the membrane not only helps to remove solid substances on the membrane surface, prevent membrane pollution and blockage, but also provides necessary oxygen for biodegradation and achieves aeration effect.
